a) The descriptions regarding our products on our website is only approximate and we reserve the right to make changes at any point, however this will not compromise the quality of our products displayed.

Ordering
a) When an order is made we send order confirmation via email to the address you have given this will make a contract between us
b) Due to the nature of our product we are unable to accept returns, by completing your purchase you are agreeing that the quantity/ details of the order are correct. If you order more than you require we are not liable to refund you the monies spent at time of purchase.

Payments and Pricing
a) The price of our products is the price quoted on the Velitos Web Site . The price includes tax, but not the cost of delivery this will get calculated at checkout.
b) The price for delivery is mandatory unless you have got free delivery, the price for delivery is calculated by weight of the product.
c) If any refunds are made this will be done via the original payment method.
Delivery
Velitos arrange the delivery of your products so you can relax and get them delivered right to your door! We use third party service providers for deliveries and sometimes they may incur a delay, whilst we aim to have our products delivered within 1-4 Business days, this is subject to our third party service providers and we will not be held liable for delays in delivery
b) If you miss your delivery on multiple occasions or fail to provide alternative instructions, we may take back the products shipped, we can refund but you will still be liable for the postage fee.

Issues with your order
a) If there is an error or any damage with the products ordered, you must notify us via email within 14 days after the delivery date. We will not be liable after the 14 day period.

a) By buying from Velitos you are in agreeance to our Policy of not reselling our Products on any online or instore capacity.
